Our last trip to Nerja!

Our 1/2 Term holiday in Nerja, Spain
We spent a day at the Selwo Marina Dolphinarium
Abbie is a huge fan of Dolphins - she finally got to see what they are like close up.

Ian's cool pig photo!

Most of the time was spent at Burriana beach on a pink lilow

Harry got really brave in the sea

Drinks at the beach bar

Harry digging a big hole again!

The pink lilow again.

Abbie and I went Snorkelling with our goggles by the rocks on the pink lilow and thanks to another fellow snorkeller spotted an octopus! and lots of fish.

Ian was trying to take some scenic photos but managed to take this picture of a really large fisherman - too many chips?

We went for a lovely walk up the river with Ginny and Robert (Granny and Gramps)

Ian didn't want me to share this photo but I thought it was quite funny that he looks so white against the mahogany coloured sunbathers around him.

More digging!

Duathlon

Two "hyper" children on a Sunday morning
The answer? - A Duathlon!
They cycled and I had my run, unbelievably they are still hyper!
It's a good thing we are going swimming with Isaac this afternoon (A Triathlon?)

Harry and Ian were very busy today making delicious cup cakes for the reception class Autumn fair tomorrow. I can't believe he was allowed to use the electric whisk!

Chequered flag

We made condolence cards for our neighbour today;
Abbie drew a bunch of flowers and
Harry decided to draw the following...
A chequered flag

and a lift

I still have lots to learn about the 4 year old boy's brain.
Rest in peace Sophie the cat.

Harry was also questioning the creation story. He said to begin with there was only sea and then God made the Land; where did he get the soil from? hmmmmm... I said what about in Space. Harry then informed me that there were no Space rockets. I don't have all the answers!

Baby Max

Great Grandmother "Nanma" (age 94) with baby Max (age 7 weeks)
The oldest and youngest family members!
They both look very happy!

Cuddles were allocated in age order - Abbie waiting patiently until last!
We had a lovely day catching up with Jen and Steve
and finally meeting the very handsome Max.
